Job Title: Production Operator - 1st shift
Pay Rate: $18.38 to $18.38/HR
Duration: 11.2 months
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Shift: Shift 1 - 6:00 am-2:30 pm M-F
KEY DETAILS:
- We are looking for someone who has some building experience
- Need Dependable Transportation
- We need someone that can also lift to 25lbs,
- Be able to work on their feet,
- Can work by themselves or with others.
- Good Attitude
- Follows Directions and is open to change
- Can work with their hands (Previous manufacturing, Food Service, working on cars, etc…)
- Worked in a fast-paced environment.
- Can Learn Quickly and repeat what was learned.
- Good attendance.
- Safety Shoes required
Basic Function:
- Performs assembly, test and packaging of electronic and mechanical products to prescribed quality and production standards and in accordance with ISO procedures.
Essential Duties:
- Manufactures products using visual aids, written and verbal work instructions and procedures.
- Moves parts and materials as needed to maintain an orderly material flow.
- Rotates between operations within a work cell as well as between departments. Prepares work cell and/or department records.
- Notifies appropriate personnel if process/method is out of compliance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to function and contribute in a team environment.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, push, pull or a combination of all movement types as required by and for the duration of the job assignment.
- Capability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.), electric and pneumatic power tools and in-house developed product-specific tooling/fixtures and ablity to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills required

Salary: Up to $18.38 per hour
